Martello Park combines open coastal views with one of the most significant regeneration projects on the Felixstowe seafront. Named after the nearby Martello Tower, the area blends modern housing, public spaces and beach access while retaining strong links to the town’s military and maritime heritage.
The nearby Sea You Cafe has become a popular stop for walkers, cyclists and visitors enjoying the coastline. Together they create a welcoming section of the seafront where residents and visitors can relax while enjoying uninterrupted views across the North Sea.
The wide promenade and beach make this area particularly popular throughout the year, while its location provides easy access to neighbouring attractions further along the coast.
